My visit was to the Drug Court.. The address room was located on the second floor in room 217. When I walked in to the room, there was a lady officer by the door, whose barter was to make sure everybody was following the court rules. I similarly noniced that the judge was a woman, and that everyone else who worked in that room were every women. The room was filled with people of all ages. The crimes which I byword ranged from driving drunk without a license to other do drugs offenses such as selling them to others. The assistant district attorney had the task of presenting evidence against each and every individual as if it were his personal case. The action taken by the judge alter on every case: roughly were jailed for violating their probation; some were released on their own recognizance (pending a future court date), and others were jailed after bail was set. What I found amaze that there were still more cases left to be handled sluice after an hour had passed!
Drug court provides an alternative move up to helping people turn their lives around.



It gives them another chance to depress help and change because the court makes its mandatory for people to assay treatment. I observed that people of all ages can be addicted to substances. And end up in court for their problem. By participating in court- mandated drug rehabilitation programs, drug tests, and demonstrate up to court when asked to do so, addicts are not fitting to maintain denial of their drug problem.
