Introduction:
Propaganda is, among many things, persuasion without merit or meaningful substance and support. It is the complete disregard of the truth, influencing beliefs through purpose of representation (Lasswell, 1927). One of the most prevailing questions of its application is whether propaganda is a means or an end. In Mein Kampf (1933), Hitler believes, It is a means, and must be judged from the point of view of the objective it is to serve. It must be appropriately shaped so as to assist that objective (p.80).
In Maurice Jolys 1870 satire of the Napoleonic regime, Dialogue in Hell, he depicts a fictional conversation amid Montesquieu and Machiavelli in Hades.
