Finally, I will describe the environmental and organizational obstacles that impact pick out stakeholders. Issues When I arrived in Kava it was nothing like paradise. I did not expect to see what I did. The disaster indoors the country was devastating. The country was in a complete mess. Kava was in need of help and I knew that SASF would do easy for the country. Once I finished touring most of the country and discussed the presumption with Alex, I knew that it was very important for our compevery to be present in this part of the world to gain help. Kava faces more problems such as economic struggles.

Economic struggles are not the only problem that Kava is facing. They also struggle from terrorists threats, attacks, and also natural disasters. The threat of natural disasters such as hurri flowerpotes, tidal waves/tsunami, typhoons, floods, fires, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, and also petroleum spills is a major concern for the people of Kava. Even though Kava is abounding because of its resources such as spices, cocoa, bananas, coffee, sugar, and petroleum, a natural disaster can easily wipe the resources away and the country will culmination up poor.
